Safety Audits for an Estate Agents in West Midlands
What we did
Assured Safety recently supported a leading, West Midlands based Estate Agents with Housing Health and Safety Audits for a number of blocks of flats in their property portfolio. The housing health and safety audits focussed on satisfying compliance with The Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018, and led to a thorough review of the properties to assess key areas as highlighted in the Housing Health and Safety Rating System.
Strategy Planning
Liaised with the facilities manager for access to sites, and briefed residents to ensure minimal disruptions to occupiers.
Actions
Reviewed the health and safety provisions at the blocks of flats/apartments, and provided suggestions to improve building health and safety.
Results
Positive feedback received from the building manager and tenants were friendly, helpful and welcoming.
